New or Expectant Owners (If you have a system on order, please download and print the following documents)
  • IQ How To Document(17 pages) This document is what you will see every time you hit the "?" button on the IQ. It might not make much sense to you now but it will help if you at least scan over it. When you get your IQ, you will want to read this after you've had your system for about a week. I think you will agree that things will click together with this document and your system in hand. I actually read this document after I had my system a few months and was amazed at picking up things that I didn't know.
  • IQ Help Document (27 pages) This you will want to have printed out to refer back to when I'm gone. It's exactly what it says it is. If you forget how to do something, most likely it will be in this document. I will warn you however that this has not been kept up to date since we started doing videos. Some of the newer features like Line Pattern will not be documented here. You will need to watch the videos still for some of these features.

Drift Test File - To download this pattern, please place this .iqq file in your "quilts" file on your flash drive.  This is a quilt file and not a pattern file.  The IQ will load it and place it in the proper place.  Run this test pattern/quilt on preview at 1.8/1.4 speeds.  Before you run this, place a little pen mark on the fabric to mark the first stitch.  Then let it run at the suggested speeds.  It takes about 8 minutes.  When it's finished, check and see where the machine is sitting.  It should not be any further than about 1/16" - 1/8" of an inch off in any direction.  It will be a teeny, tiny bit off, but that's normal.  We're looking for 1/8" or less.
