ORDERING PROCESS
If you've done all your research and have decided the IntelliQuilter is the system for you and your business all you need to do is the following:
- E-mail us with the make, model and year of your Quilting Machines. Please also indicate whether or not you already have Edgerider wheels.
- We require a (non-refundable) $250 deposit to get your system put into production. You can either pay this with credit card, personal check, money order or you can use the Pay Pal button below. Once you indicate your preferred method of payment, we will forward you all the information needed to complete this transaction.
To use a credit card for your IQ deposit, please use this Pay Now button. This will take you to a Pay Pal page, but you do NOT have to have a PayPal account to use thisfeature. Please include make and model of your machine along with your contact information in the notes section.- The wait time on the Intelliquilter varies. Around larger show dates, the times tend to be approximately 12 weeks. During slower months January - March, the wait times can be faster.
- Approximately 2 weeks before your shipment is scheduled to ship, I will send you a final invoice with payment instructions on it. We do NOT accept credit cards for final payments. This amount needs to be paid before the system ships. Personal checks or money orders are accepted for the balance.
- Scheduling confirmations will be made once the ship date has been received from Kasa Engineering. Please check the Calendar on this site frequently as your system's delivery date approaches.
