To all of our IQ customers,
As much as it pains me to write this, I must let all of my IQ customers know that as of March 1, 2012, Blue Ribbon Quilt Co., is no longer participating in training, sales and installations of the Intelliquilter computerized quilting system.
After much thought and deliberation, we have decided to focus on developing and maintaining our t-shirt-quilt.com division along with devoting more time and energy into our digitize design pattern sales.
I want to thank each and every one of you that have purchased the IQ system through us. It has been a sheer joy to work with all my customers and colleagues, and to have been able to represent Kasa Engineering's Intelliquilter, which I still believe is the best computerized quilting system on the market today.
If you bought your system after March 2011, we will continue to be your main avenue of support and will work with you to resolve any issues you have until March 2013. For customers who's installation dates fall before March 2011, we ask that you use the Intelliquilter.com's support area to resolve any issues you have.
